I wish the truck listed the elevation i'm driving at. I think that's a really cool feature that could be integrated into the NAV system.

    Things that have bothered me...

I don't know about the latest years but the 05 has the smallest cup-holder I have ever seen. I can't even fit a medium fountain drink into it completely...

Tailgate safety. The poor stock mudflaps. No USB ports (2005). The engine tick (not bad? Okay, it still is something to dislike). Certain vibrations throughout the cabin (my glove box seems to rattle like my old Camry). Probably a Toyota thing. Gas tank size.

I hate the fact that the 2014 model year they got rid of the outside air temp sensor. my 07 had it in the over head console and in more recent years they put it in the mirror with the back up camera. now I need to buy a stupid aftermarket mirror to get this feature.

I had to think about it to come up with something I guess nothings perfect.

I dislike the electric throttle, and the lack of a rear locker option on the sport edition (at least in Canada). If they fixed these two things I'd buy a new 2015 Tacoma in a heartbeat.

My ranger was more comfortable to sit in than my taco. The seat is on the floor! Raise that thing up and bring the steering wheel closer. And no im not short, im 5'10". Interior appears quite outdated, takes some getting used to. lastly (yes i know caps is yelling)

MAKE IT THE SAME CHASSIS AS THE 4RUNNERS!!! 4 RUNNERS ARE SO NICE AND AWESOME LOOKING AND ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS CREATE A BOX LEAVE EVERYTHING ELSE THE SAME. I WOULD BUY THAT OVER ANY TRUCK OUT THERE BUT NOOOOO THEY HAVE TO KEEP IT THE SAME OLD BODY STYLE THAT IS VERY OUTDATED. HAVE YOU GUYS LOOKED IN A NEW STYLE 4RUNNER??? THEYRE AMAZING!!! AND FULL OF AWESOME FEATURES LIKE ROLL DOWN REAR WINDOW. MORE COMFORTABLE. BETTER IN EVERY WAY JUST MAKE THE TACOS SAME AS THE 4RUNNERS BUT WITH A BOX ON THE BACK!!!!!!! AAAAHHHHH!!!!!

i dont know i just really believe tacos should be built off the same design as 4 runners. Seems like it would be cheaper and simpler for toyota, to combine designs than continue making two different ones, and we would have a much better truck than the current taco. Gets me all jacked up cuz i want a 4runner with a box so bad!!

I haven't had mine long enough to form any complaint other than the car payments are soon to come.

I have a random knock when the brakes are applied and turning steering wheel left to right. Nothing has fallen off yet and mechanics are stumped!

Ha ha, what jddepp said. Picked mine up yesterday...this is my third Toyota truck. I guess I will say that it's so much nicer than the GMC Canyon I've been driving the last 8 years and 4 months. :)
