I work in the construction field, the company I work for does commercial roofing and exterior building restoration. I am a PM by title, but involves estimating, sales, client contact, pushing loads of paper, budgets, deadlines, etc. Also some operation support. I could go on, and on, and on......the money is decent, but the stress is ridiculous. I always have crap I cant get to that was due yesterday. Need 3 of me honestly. Having a stressful day today. There has got to be a better way :notsure:

More shit then I ever planned on doing
I feel your stress. I'm in the same boat when it comes to stress. My crews can range from 5 guys to 25 guys depending on our deadlines. We do road widenings with traffic whizzing by 3ft away digging over high pressure gas transmission lines or 36" water mains or petroleum lines, etc. The safety of my crew and the public all weighs on my shoulders.
I love my job but there are those days when I get up and think to myself, should've listened to my mom and went to college.

    I too feel your pain.
I've been in construction for 40 years and it gets worse each year. I'm currently a PM for a HUGE commercial developer...over a 1/2 billion in assets. Everything we do is a PITA. I'm 56 and counting the days to GTFO of this crap once and for all!!!!!!!!! :annoyed:

I pretty much disagree with every cultural & political position of the show. But the characters do make me laugh.

I know the area. A friend is from Clermont. You can walk in any direction and end up on a lakeshore.
