    It's going to be very soon as I am actually having some other stuff verified over @ Hazy Air And Space Museum that were gifts given to my grandfather @ the Beth Page Facility when visited by Neil Armstrong when they came back from the moon as my grandfather was on the lunar landing Module program....

    So you did the decommissioning thats awesome!! another thing thats amazing is that I had the chance to see the inaugural STS-41 flight in 1984 from the Press viewing stands and the Last Flight over DC......This pic was taken over my office in DC

    The reason I asked is that I was at the roll in @ Hazy and was chatting with a few of the guys on the decommissioning team and I ran into them @ Fords and bought them some beers....

    Yep. How to get a start. Go get certified while working my current job or try to get on with a HVAC outfit first? I'm looking to start something new at 40 years young.

    Well, I went to trade school 2 years and 2 years apprentice right out of high school. I Did service work for 10 years... I am now a Cheif Builing Engineer in Washington DC for 15 years.

    Go to a local community tech school and take some classes it's not hard as long as you can trouble shoot low/high-voltage and learn theory of how it works.

    The community college I attended before university had a huge HVAC set of classrooms with huge units in each of their labs. I walked through a few times and saw people poking at everything with multi meters.
