Well maybe not you specifically but I work for Hetch Hetchy Water and Power and we had a helicopter company from up north running some fiber on top of our high voltage towers.

Pretty amazing to see the helicopter dance around. Then they were dropping guys off on top of each tower to secure the cables. Leap frogging each other.

We also use a company to do right of way inspections via helicopter.

I saw the Nor Cal “Gold country” and figured it must be us, or one our competitors. We primarily contract for PG&E.

I’ve worked the tuolumne water shed downstream of Hetch Hetchy.

It would be cool to swim that far down but even in an 1 atmosphere suit it couldn’t happen! The pressures are so extreme. My head feels like it wants to implode just thinking about it. Thanks for making high tech ROV’s amd please keep them in the offshore industry. I’m super pleased most ROVs can’t be used in inland waterways!

I bet you don’t eat to many of them anymore either. Man I’d be burned out! But it’s your business and yours so that’s pretty badass and probably pretty good donuts if u have been doing it for 17 years!
