Yes! I owned one and there's definitely something to be said for the short wheel base. IMO! But for an everyday vehicle Tacoma is better in so many ways!

Not necessarily. I mean they aren't for everyone and they have their quirks. Just to each their own. I purchased it to take it places that I wouldn't and quite possibly couldn't with either one of our Tacomas. And I didn't buy the Jeep to deliberately destroy it, but consider it a toy...to have some fun now in case I don't make it to retirement. My cousin who was more my brother passed away from a rare cancer last summer. Not quite 55 years old.

I had a 2012 JK lifted, manual. Sold it because I had no back seat in it and it was absolutely useless if you own a home.

If you're wondering, you can get 4 bags of Roxul into the back of a 2 door Wrangler.

I dunno. I’ll sell you one so you can find out!

I sold an ‘85 Toyota pickup to buy mine. My third son was just born and I needed more seat belts and this Jeep kind of fell in my lap. I’ve had it almost three years but it’s taken me this long to get it road worthy. I haven’t wheeled it enough to decide if I like it or not.

I do like my Tacoma though as a daily!

Also I wheel almost exclusively with my Dad and bros and they wheel FJ40s and a pickup.

The other Jeep was a friend who tagged along.
