Can't imagine why they used Marcaine, unless you have a history of having the numbing wear off. Marcaine (technically Bupivicaine) is one of the longest lasting aesthetics we use. Seems pretty excessive for a lingual filling that will typically require almost no anesthetic and typically only take 10-15 minutes to complete.

But I wasn't there, so I really can't critique. Sometimes things just happen that are out of our hands. I'm sure he did what he felt was appropriate.

I manage a 3,000 acre farm in Central Florida where we grow Grapefruit, tangerines, oranges and Florida peaches.

The peaches look like this !

You're still young. My first job was working as a scab at vons. You couldn't beat getting paid $12/hr for bagging groceries.

I work in a quarry. I drive a 980G Cat loader. I'm stuck in a big hole for 9 hours a day, it gets really boring, but it pays the bills!

I recently got promoted. Took over the Team Lead position when my previous employer's contract was terminated and Dell took over. My previous team lead took a spot on the server team and recommended me as desktop team leader.

Greatly appreciated pay increase, over-time, cheaper health insurance, and better 401k matching. Not so much appreciated added stress and aggravation. But it means we're getting caught up on back bills, and things are starting to smooth out from the transition so I'm hoping the stress levels drop a bit. :D
