I am preparing to move to Steamboat to operate a new start-up sector of my company Nomadness Rentals. We primarily deal with vacation rentals and property management in Mammoth Lakes, CA however we have recently branched out to Colorado.

We ultimately plan to branch into various other exclusive vacation destinations throughout Colorado, including Breck, so it would be awesome if we could link up OP!

I work in I.T., QA stuff. Software related. Sometimes hardware too when the users in the building leave their brains at home.

Does your company buy homes and rent them out? A company like that tried to buy the house I was trying to close on from under me. Fortunately for me the home owner was prior service as well and even though I offered less, they chose to sell to me. No offense to you at all, we all have to make a living. I just have a bad taste in my mouth from it. Good luck on your move here

 

Negative. We simply offer a plug-and-play management service for homeowners who choose to rent their homes. We partner with realtors who have investment buyers looking for a vacation home for themselves that will produce cashflow for the times they are out of town. None of our properties are owned by the company.
