MODS! I didnt have to get in to work until about 3pm today, so I had the large majority of day to get some shit done. Only snapped a few quick pics w/ the cell phone though. . .

Anyway, First, I did the under hood led light mod. I used 2 "warm white" led lights from Oznium, a hood pin switch and put an in-line fuse in the power line. Attached the lights w/ some double sided tape, and made a bracket for the hood pin switch. I painted the bracket using some oem paint to match. I went this route w/ mounting the items so that I didnt have to drill any additional holes.

(this pic is w/ it all mocked up, but before I put the finishing touches on it all)

After I finished that up, I decided to do the yellow fog mod. I did a real light wetsand on them then hit them w/ 4 coats.

Tomorrow I think I should wash it

    Thanks guys!

No worries Mike. Yesterday, I was only out there for about an hour anyway. I'll be messing around w/ the truck a lot in the coming week or two, so any time you're bored, feel free to swing by :)

No joke. It was 70 when I got up at 6AM today. It's almost 90 outside right now.

Truck looks good! The yellow fogs look nice with the dark blue.

I'm prolly gonna throw in some under hood lights as well here soon. I'll probably use an add a circuit. Whered you get the power from, just out of curiosity? You would think with all the "gimmicky" stuff toyota likes to do that they would have stuff like under hood lights and a bed cargo light option. Oh well. Nice job man.

I went right from the battery. The fuse is about 6" from the terminal.

Um I'm not disappointed in the Lamin-x, I just want something a little darker yellow then what the Lamin-x looks like and I think the Krylon paint will do the job.
