I cannot and have not been able to sleep lately. I am very active and I get tired but cannot sleep. I dont take naps during the day, I just think its because I have to much on my mind :(. So when I cant sleep I browse this site and watch TV until I pass out on my keyboard lol. For example I am wide awake right now and its 12:47am. I have to wake up at 530 to go do cardio at the gym then work at 630 :(. Guess I have to man up through it I get out at 3 then I think I'll nap until 5 take my pre workout then lift at 6. Followed by protein then cod. Thankfully I have off wed-friday and I will be able to relax with my fiance. Oh damn! Tomorrow is Valantines Day! Nooo no sleep for me after work I have to go to the movies :( lol well what do you you all do while not being able to sleep?!

My whole life I've had problems getting to sleep. Typically I just read a book or the iPad until I pass out. I'll sometimes watch TV / game until I pass out. Obviously, rubbing one out is a great start as well.

What sucks is I exercise my ass off during the day and eat healthy, but no matter how tired I am, I still struggle with falling asleep.
