A lot of people come on here with their problems, and I think it can make you lose sight of the strengths of our tacomas. So what do you like about it? Anything at all...

I don't know of any other truck (except the cummins ram) still being offered with a manual transmission. You used to be able to get them, but not in four door cabs. I'm glad to see toyota is still offering a manual trans at all, especially in a four door cab style.

Looks far better than the Colorado and the Frontier.

It drives good on and off road, has a comfortable interior, is fun to drive in general, reliable, has gone everywhere and towed everything I've thrown at it.

Great towing capacity for my boat, and pretty comfortable as well. I like the reliability too.

it's my dream truck, for one. for another, just two weeks ago i drove down to northern california and back to help my dad get some garage stuff from his brother. didn't even pause for a second wondering if my truck would be reliable enough or could pull the loaded trailer or anything. just fueled up and hit the road!

I chose a Tacoma because I like it's sporty look; much better over the Frontier, Colorado, or Ridgeline (yuk). I also value it's reliability off-road and utility. But I especially enjoy it because after 100k miles it still drives like brand-new. Love it!
