I got everything I wanted lol ... wanted either Barcelona red or the light blue... 6 speed and dcsb ... love my truck ... I've had 3 other full sized trucks, taco by far has been the best pick up truck decision I've ever made!

I've had my Taco for 7 years now and the romance still isn't over. I still look back at it when I park it and walk away. No "ragrets".

Not taking better care of it when i first got it (young, dumb and full.....will you get it!). I've had it for 11yrs now and put a lot of money into getting it back up to par. Runs like a champ now and finally building it up to the truck I've always wanted.

At times I regret not getting a long-bed... but in '15, the OR didn't come in DC LB. If I were to swap, the longer one wouldn't fit nearly as easily in my garage w/ existing workbench. I also regret not waiting for a red model to come available... but I haven't seen very many of those at all, much less in the specific used config I was looking for.

It's not a 6spd and wished I bought the truck earlier when the TRD superchargers were still
    available.

What do you mean by not taking better care of it? Did you slack on maintenance? Not ever clean it? Or? Just curious

    Same as everybody else...
The black fender flares on my Prerunner. Constantly cleaning and using Back to Black just to keep them looking decent. I'm seriously considering getting them Line X'ed and not having to muck with them anymore.

drove it way too hard off-road on stock suspension, i kept up on the oil changes but was pretty broke the first 4 or 5 years i had it so all other maintenance went out the door!

    Not getting one sooner!

Maybe I guess not getting one in white. I'm sick of washing it every week. Pretty much stays dirty all the time now. At least the dirt helps hide the scratches.

    Never enough, never done.
There's nothing I regret. Other than the fact that Toyota didn't offer an 8 cylinder in the Tacoma. :D

Not getting a 4x4.. but I have only gotten stuck a few times with my prerunner.. I drive mostly highway to and from work daily... offroading is restricted to the occasional weekend.

And not getting the trd offroad.. but I put a locker in anyhow..

And not getting a doublecab. But it was WAY more expensive... (didn't have the money)..and hauling motorcycles and crap with my access cab 6 foot bed is alot easier...

Getting a Sport when I should have gotten a OFF Road but it's was the truck that was there then, with the miles that sounded to good to pass up

I regret trading in my yaris for my tacoma. I was a damn good car and I should've kept it and bought my taco outright. The amount I drive, the fuel savings for daily driving would've offset the costs.

I guess that means my regret is fuel economy. These things chug like a 5 litre ford when loaded up.

Interesting. I traded in a Matrix for the Tacoma and don't regret it at all. That thing was like driving a tin can. Terrible. I do drive a lot so I hear ya on the fuel economy though, only drawback for me

I was lucky and found a brand new 2015 trd pro with the inferno color and a 6sp manual transmission. Best of both worlds! All of the trd sport features and the trd off road features in one truck plus the trd suspension and exhaust. It is just about perfect for me. Only two gripes. No outside temperature reading (unless you pull up a location on the radio weather app) and no heated mirrors...although there are mods for those. I absolutely love my truck! Thanks to the person that special ordered it at auto nation Toyota in Las Vegas and decided not to buy it! No regrets!!IMG_2941.jpg
