    So... just having bought the old-man step, but seeing this and realizing "I have ARB recovery hooks too (under an ARB rear bumper)" -- well, is purchasing this bracket this the only way I will be able to mount it? And they are the only ones making this part?

    That is pretty niche -- but this even moreso.

    I was just thinking about the fact that, yes, I am a middle-aged man, and decided not to suffer the bruises and scrapes that just come more easily than they used-to.

    And that only a small percentage of middle-aged-to-senior folks will have the ARB recovery points -- but, nice to see that by paying yet more I can actually get some utility out of the thing I bought.
