de-badged, tint front windows, led interior lights, door sill protectors, led b/up lights, 5" factory step rails, yellow turn signal bulbs, added 4 D ring tie downs. Took off the black vinyl stripes between the doors. Changed the grill - from Custom Car Grills, Finally got a tonneau cover put on. 31" light bar ( white & amber ), tailgate light bar, sunvisor covers ( to hide warning labels ), new bedside decals - still too cold to put them on tho. Flag decals to go on too, again too cold still. Got a 2 switch, switch plate to replace that useless cubby hole to the left of the steering wheel.. still to be installed ( hopefully this weekend ). Upgraded the tires to G/Y Duratracs... loving them, no plowing the driveway !!
I found the Kijii ad ..

I have the OEM mat. Over the last 35 yrs I've had rubber mats over steel beds, plastic bed liners, you name it I've had every combination. They all have issues. The mat does work well keeping cargo from sliding. But when moving heavier things it sucks because you cant slide your cargo without lifting/inching it in/out it of the bed. So what I usually do is on heavy loads put a tarp down which helps slide your cargo to the tailgate. And of course, strap everything down as you should. Fwiw, I'm a little disappointed the polycarbonate bed is painted. So watch out or it will scratch on you.

I have an OEM mat scheduled for delivery today. Fedex says shipping weight is 30lbs. It comes in a 10" x 10" x 5' box.

    None (yet)
Any chance you could measure the length of that for me? I ordered the short bed from Amazon but they shipped the long bed version. I'm just going to cut it down rather than try to roll it back up and ship back.

Bought a Lvr bedmat for my 07. Fit perfect in my new 17. This brand is much less than some big name brands and is twice as thick. Lov mine. Nothing slides on it.

I just got my westin bed mat in last week. $67 shipped. there is about 1/2'' around it, so the fit is not perfect. And near the tailgate it covers the D-ring tie downs, it does not have cut outs for those. Overall it is fine though and works well. I believe it is the cheapest bed mat on the market.

The toyota mat is really nice for camping because it doesn't have turned-up edges to collect water that might leak past the soft top.
The mat just needs to air out for a while to get rid of some rubber-like odors.

I wish I had pictures to show it, but I made my bed mat out of "workshop/workout flooring" that fits together like puzzle pieces
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013A4ATCQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ep_dp_1CJIyb00FWK3Z.

I bought two packages from Costco, made a giant rectangle, then cut out the dimensions of the bed. Fits great, lets items have a little bit of movement, protects the bed surface and keeps things elevated above any water that sneaks through my tonneau cover.
