It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
Uhm bullshit, they are actually stronger then normal chromoly or steel ones...
I've seen full rock buggies pushing double ram hydro with 42"+ tires and never broke, cracked, or bent a aluminium hysteer arm.

x2 if it's solid aluminum they should hold up fine.

I think you're going to have this problem a lot. If there's a market for something to be made in billet, someone will have already done so.

How about a replacement for that plastic looking aluminum surround at the auto's shifter base? It might be thick enough to be cut from a thicker piece and would look pretty damn good. Additionally, other pieces to take the place of the cheap aluminum looking plastic around the vents although that might have to be sheet, I don't know how much depth you get get there...

Another idea maybe a receiver plug with the Toyota emblem on it. It'd be nice since it's solid aluminum and won't rust.

The battery tie down wouldn't be a bad idea if you could improve on the one we have currently. I don't know about yours but I've found mine is a PITA to get hooked back up.

That's all I got for now...
