So, my coworker that sits in the cubicle across from me (and is a VP of some kind) thought it was funny that I was stuffed into a cubicle with two computers, 6 monitors, and a mountain bike. Something about that meant picture time to her.



...this is what I stare at all day long - 4 monitors on one side and 2 on the other. I get to modify a graphical application and manipulate database information for reports, safety, and operations. (...and you wonder why I spend so much time on TW! )...

Yeah, I will take a snap shot. Then I will tell her that it is for the TW Calender. She is going to be a calender girl. She would get a kick out of that - well, everything except the "girl" part. I think her daughter is closer to my age.

 

Yep - I am going to have to agree with nd every time I read your posts, your voice in my head sounds like the guy at the comic book shop on "The Simpsons"...

This especially true when thinking of how that character would definitely call the convenience of Google search a conspiracy.

Yeah, and my current boss doesn't care.... Oh well. I may be looking for a new job anyway.... Current boss is MIA most of the time, and just doesn't seem to want to run the business anymore. My partner and I are trying to decide if we need to jump off a sinking ship, or start bailing water.

 

if you can find another one.......get outta the sinking ship. alotta jobs are hard to find nowadays, but if you can find one, probably be a wise move!!

 

Yeah, that's our thought too... But if both of us jump ship it'll only sink faster and screw over the owner. We'd like to think of him as a friend, but then he's not putting much of an effort in for the last 3 months so.....
