I would hope I grow more, but I don't think I'll be getting much bigger, looking at my family. Dad is 54 years old, 5'3, weighed 117 last time we weighed in. Crazy thing is, we're this small but we can eat EVERYTHING in sight. I can put down a large pizza easy, though.

They're the reason I'm here, they deserve props for creating this terrible travesty known as the Fenwick. They're more important to me than anything else. Never had a problem with my parents. No reason to begrudge them. I just like doing stuff that puts smiles on their faces, especially cos there's not a lot of smiling in these tough times.

Working on that- just threw out my last pack. We'll see how this goes. Fifth time's the charm!

 

Try replacing the smokes with toothpicks, the heavy,sturdy type. You can handle them just like a smoke. They help cure the oral and manual fixation your body remembers from the cigs.

Worked for me 12+ years ago. Actually had to quit them too...chapped lips and splinters!

 

I did work on a few of their all you can eat pancakes deals

But I am trying a diet where you cut our most cards & processed foods so no more of that

I'll have to try that. I tried something kinda similar the first time I tried to quit- just it wasn't a toothpick, it was a nail. Second day, I put a hole in a tooth. Not chewing nails again, that's for sure!

 

There alll squinting, no one has sunglasses on.
