Fast twitch/slow twitch.

Body builders are primarily fast twitch, and build bulk.
Marathon runners are primarily slow twitch. Extremely resistant to fatigue, but they don't bulk up.

You are slow twitch... you can get stronger than fuck, get some decent definition, but never get "big"
Same with me. I can work my ass off and get toned as hell, but other than looking fit in a tight shirt, I can't get buffed out.

Be happy. Slow twitch dudes can go all night
