This is how I feel

 

Probably just lots of muscle milk

 

I quit for 30 days once.. I started having twitches..

 

I had 4 posts in 3 months until yesterday, I couldn't stay away

 

Lucia was great. We went in Aug. Next is Jamaica.

This was some months ago, but the only photo I've found in willing to post, and I'm not blitzed. And I was pretty excited and surprised when this guy showed up while we were eating at an off road event! :-D

And one with my favorite Koozie, which seem to have lost in the move.
