I mean I could have walked. It's not OSHA approved by any means but the chipper was not spinning at the time so it was pretty safe. Had a greater chance of falling off and having the car following us run me over than for it to turn on.

 

Oh I see, seemed like a good opportunity to make a bad choice…..
Walk or fall off and get hit by a car. So when you weighed your options, that’s the one that that felt right??

2 other guys who were running the chipper with me. The safety arm was in the safe position and the engine was idled down.

 

He needs a good old
