While changing my spark plugs, I observed a noticeable difference in color on ONE of my coils. It seemed almost burnt in color and was dry, yet much different compared to the other 5. The truck runs great. Should I be concerned? I am by no means a mechanic but attempt all the basic maintenance on my vehicles. Any insight would be appreciated. 20150409_195509(1).jpg

Its hard to tell, your pictures are out of focus where it matters.

Does the end just look burnt? Or is there a contamination stuck to it?
The former might indicate spark arcing out from the boot (replace plug and coil pack). The latter would indicate an oil leak (replace rocker cover seal).

Thanks for the reply. There is no contamination, just seems burnt. Sorry about the photo, was getting late!
