At first, I didn't like the no auto light feature. After a few weeks I began to realize that it was done intentionally. If you're out in the woods, you want full control of your lights when you need to black out for whatever reason. The auto lights are a nuisance when you don't want the lights on. Like in a drive thru and you're blinding the guy in front. The auto lights don't let you shut them down at all. Especially the auto lights w/ daytime running lights.

On a side note. If you insist on missing that feature, you can leave your headlights on full time as the computer shuts them off as soon as you turn the key off and back on again when you turn the key back to on.

Not sure about others but my explorer had both manual and auto headlight controls and no dtrls so it was the best of both worlds.

    nothing cool
my only real complaint is the stock radio in my 2011 Tacoma. I bought it used so i didn't have a choice. I'm not really even a "stereo system" kinda guy. It's terrible. I realize it's an easy (maybe expensive) fix. I don't care that much and I can't afford a new stereo. The thread just said, what don't you like about your tacoma. And that's what I don't like. Get the JBL upgrade if you have a choice.

As probably mentioned a trillion times before, the seats are almost as uncomfortable as sitting bare ass on a wood floor! Terrible and typical Japanese style...small, thin cushions with the way too sloped bottoms. The seats will be overhauled.

Gas mpg , drive line shudder (parts on order by dealer for "fix"), premium sound system capacity of only one CD, navigation graphics, wind noise in door gaskets (normal per dealer). That`s about it. Other wise I like it. It`s kinda a make believe pick up truck compared to the Duramax dually diesel I had before, but I knew that going into it.

I'm a new Tacoma owner and love my truck. I have owned my 14 DC for a month now and kinda like how simple the truck is. I've previously owned ford and chevy full size pick-ups that were loaded with every option. I needed a change and have always like the Tacoma. There's something refreshing about the Tacoma and its simple design. Just my .02

I can manipulate a road atlas and drive at the same time. No Co-Pilot wanted or needed.
