I'm a new and first time owner of a 2015 Tacoma for a week now, and I love it.
Only a few things I wish it had...
    1. No Homelink, No Outside temp, Compass or auto dim.
    2. No Auto lock in drive or Auto unlock in park
    3. Info Screen w/ Miles Left till Empty gas tank, MPG average, etc.
    4. Power seats

My new 2015 DCSB is my third Toyota truck (94 4x4 standard cab and 96 Tacoma 2wd), fourth if you count the 2008 4Runner we still own.. I see a lot of improvement in this truck, but there should be as this one is 20 years newer than the old trucks. I've also noted a lot of minor improvements over some of the earlier 2nd gen years based on the discussions here on TW.

There's a lot I like about it that I wasn't even looking for - fold flat back seats, tons of storage, built in bed rail system, to name a few.

Gas mileage is terrible. I didn't buy it for the gas mileage, thankfully, but I am surprised that I was getting better MPG with my Audi S4 driving the hell out of it than I get puttering around town in my Tacoma.

The lack of auto climate control is surprising. Our 08 4runner has it, and my cars for the past 10+ years did as well. Similarly, surprised there was no Homelink/mirror compass/temp - another feature that our 7 year old 'Runner has. Another handy feature of my prior two cars was auto-up/auto-down on all four windows. I never expected it to be equipped as nicely as an Audi but was surprised that some of these more common features weren't part of the Tacoma.

I can't see where the hood ends because it rolls over so much.

Only "real" complaint I have is.... My right knee hits the parking brake, anoys the piss out of me. If the steering wheel would telescoped 2 more inches I would be fine.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
Having owned three 06, 13, 14, I would agree with the lighted 4x4 switch, add poor gas mileage, temp no longer in compass from 13 up, no auto light switch option like my Camrys, the entune sucks, no rear disc brakes, the frames rust (in 06), the e locker in the sport is lousy, and the single stage super white paint fades. Having said all of that, I still love my Tacomas.
