Several years back my dad and I had a VTEC motor swap ready to go into a similar car to the mini - '69 Austin America. That thing was nuts as an autocross car even without the VTEC

My brother-in-law brought one over from his military tour in Europe... Currently in the process of slapping a K20 into it. I'll snap some pics when I go to his house next time.

This worn out old girl (944 S2). Had her for 7 years now and she's served as a autocross/HPDE car when I had the time; as of last year I retired her from track duty, it's just that time. Rims on it are just for cruising around, she has a set of club sport 17"s with direzza Z102's (225/45 17 & 245/40 17) for track use. Suspension is the standard 944 track car components (Koni's, ground control front springs, weltmeister sways and rear springs), with intake and exhaust.

Plans are to tear her down and do a full build & restoration in a few years after the housing bubble pops and I move out of the suburbs, already have a second M44 3L engine being assembled off car as a 16v turbo build.

I've been a big Porsche guy ever since I was a young child. Sold my Audi A5 a few years ago and really missed the speed of a sports car.

Ended up picking her up last weekend. Probably the worst timing since used car prices have been insane. However, the pricing on this one was good relative to other similar spec cars. YOLO I guess

2004 STI. Never found a car that feels quite like it. Once the bug bites, it’s game over. I’ll keep it forever.

Looks good! AW (Aspen White) correct?

I had an '07 WRX and '07 STi. The '07 WRX was my 1st Subaru and I modded that and daily drove it. I cared about that one more.

Your '04 STi is skyrocketing in value after the 2022 WRX was released. That thing is fugly!

Definitely a nice Jeep!!! If I were to ever get rid of my YJ the LJ would be my favorite option as a replacement.

I know they’ve puffed up the styling too much on the new ones. Sad, I love how small and light the 04 feels.

Hopefully it holds its value! Jealous of your 07s those were the best looking ones.
