I just got a 1999 4×4 3.4 auto. What companies do you recommend going with to replace everything arm, bushing, and suspension wise before I put a 2 5 inch lift on it

Lower control arms don't really go bad unless you really send it. Tons of places sell OME suspension kits with everything you need. Energy Suspension for bushings that don't come with the kit. I installed JBA upper control arms and stand by those they look great too. I bough my OME kit from Wheelers but tons of places sell them.

Lots of options, but I would suggest one or two companies to stay away from. Monroe and Moog. The moog bushings fail early (within 2 years), and generally the quality on all their aftermarket parts is low. You really get what you pay for.

I would get new OEM Lower ball joints first and foremost, without question.

Then I would inspect your upper ball joints, tie rod ends, and LCA/UCA bushings, and plan for replacement as needed.
If you plan to pay someone to do the work, as well as the future lift, I would have them do it all at once. It'll be cheaper on labor if they only take the suspension apart one time.
