The Bronco is supposed to be built on the next generation Ranger Frame so it should be a decent size.

No. No guns involved. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Guess not....

When you get to be 73 y.o. (provided you make it) you can (or maybe not) look back on certain decisions you have made during your life and in 20-20 hindsight you can decide which ones were good decisions, and which ones were maybe not so good. That's one of the things some old folks do & it's okay as long as you don't dwell on the poor decisions. Good luck with life.

I don't regret buying the Tundra, but it's weak points were not obvious in the 12 mile test drive we took. It was a comfortable, quiet vehicle on a smooth freeway, and it had a big back seat with lots of leg room--something the Tacoma lacks. We have bought several vehicles over the years that we regretted buying, like Fiats back in the 1970s, a couple of Fords and a Mazda. All water under the bridge.

I am 58 yo so I know about bad decisions... but they make the best stories!
    I leased a vehicle.... once.
I bought a used jeep... twice.
It's like deciding to split green oak, determining you will never do that again, then forgetting how hard it was and doing it again!
I have bought several regrettable vehicles and some good ones too.

    Vehicle:
    2024 Tundra Terra (terror) Pro
PPF Front grill, bumpers and headlights.
Hmm, well I luv the Tundra's ..better imo than both the Taco's and 4runners in the snow, mainly due to weight and wheelbase. Being a bigger person, it's also just fits like a glove ! Very happy to get back into one, as I'm not willing to get an 18+ model until there is a bypass kit for the pcs/tss bs.

So i guess my bad decision was trying to be happy with downsizing. I do still luv the look of Tacoma, T4R and Tundra (of course) ...we all drive the best looking, longest lasting, bas ass vehicles on the market !

No, the TRD is just an optioned Tacoma. The Sport shares nothing with the Bronco.
I guess the concept of Branding is hard on some. Think Lincoln and Mercury. That's what Ford id doing with the Bronco name.

I’m not interested in the sport but it does have some similar body lines as Land Rover LR series and you can get it with locking rear diff.

The body lines are very similar to the long retired International Scout.

The more options, the more complex assembly, more expensive. Trying to be good at everything usually ends up being only good at a few and poor at everything else.

Competition is good for the consumer. Hopefully the high take rate of the 2dr will fuel Toyota to give us a removable top FJ.

okay okay we are both right. It’s still a Bronco and the sport has a 3 cylinder. Why they called the four-door the sport - no idea

No, the Sport is based on the Ford Escape unibody. The 2dr and 4dr Bronco are body on frame design shared with the 2021 Ranger. Two completely different models.
