    really? Wow. I just dont get it. Then what makes the tacoma sooo much more powerfull than my jeep jk with 4.10 gears?

    This tacoma feels like a v8 compared to that thing

    236 hp @ 5200 rpm 266 lb.-ft. @ 4000 rpm

    ^^could be a factor...or that butt dyno is broke...haha

    3.8 Jeeps are dogs. Especially the automatics - my brother has one and I have a Tacoma. My truck feels like a sports car in comparison

    2019 Rubicon 4 Door,
    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    As mentioned, many factors play a role. The 1GR has much more torque, the tranny is much more efficient at transmitting the power with minimal loss.

    My GF has a Jeep WK with the 3.7L I believe...I get up to freeway speeds quicker than she does and I have a 2.7L.
