It sounds like you just have a shitty dealership. Are there any other dealerships near you? Is it a large store or some rinky dinky place? I can understand the seat thing because, hey people make mistakes and they would have had to order it and had you come back abweek later, it sucks and shoukdent happen but NBD imo.
Anything else you said would be instant termination at my store. Taking a long time blows and i would be upset and expect compensation also and the oil change one is absolute crap that shouldenr be happening.

I have had experiences with only two service writers at two different dealerships. The first was the dealer in Montgomery, AL. The service writer just "blew me off" when I showed her how the rear door window seal was sticking out at the top and how water would stand it. She gave me the typical BS..."that's normal". The second was a Toyota dealership in Enterprise, AL. On a whim, I stopped there on my way to the beach and showed the service writer the seal. He immediately called over a senior certified tech (John Bottoms..SUPER GUY) and after one quick look said "that's not right." They then ordered me a new seal and the tech installed it and it fits great. He (and the dealership) have promptly and courteously checked out and taken care of all the minor issues I learned about on TW..i.e..low transmission fluid and TSB, plugs in the front suspension, and the replacement of a squeaking front passenger's side bushing. BTW, I am dead in the middle (45 miles each way) between the two dealerships so one was not more convenient for me to visit than the other.
