What happens when I disconnect the battery?

    To avoid the alarm in face thing, put the key in the ignition and put it in the ACC position (works on my Celica).

    Suprised none of you mentioned the ECU being reset. Typically, if you disconnect the batter for 10 mins (maybe 15), the ECU gets reset. I do this every time I clean the TB/MAF sensor. You'll notice the engine idles much higher on startup and slowly drops the RPM until it settles after doing this. Don't be scared, the truck won't blow up.

    And radio, clock, odo's.
