    Changed a tire!

Found out that the stock tires that say “Kevlar” lose in a battle against TN creek shale.

Also, the rim was really, really hard to get off once jacked up. I had to smack the sidewall of the tire hard from the underside with the back of an axe. I put that boulder there in case me swinging the axe at the tire knocked the truck off the jack (I had truck resting weight on the boulder).

Anyone else have issues with rims seizing up against the rear drums? 27k miles, one winter up north.

Finally put in the bedslide. I'm impressed.

No pics.. shackles and treesavers and pulleys came in today and they got put into the truck. I count that in 'added recovery gear'. Also I installed the rigid fogs into the bumper a few weeks ago - I like DOT pattern (even if the placing isn't spot on).

Oh yeah, the stock tires are poop. I lost my original set hitting some rocks on the highway at 50mph or so.

I just finished vacuuming the floors on the trucks. Had a lot of dirt underneath my floor mats because of my job site and we just happened to buy a new one. So I got to break it in. Also rinsed and cleaned the rubber floor mats. Sprayed some mango air freshener inside and letting it simmer.

Can't use the Rok Blok. I park on the street pointed downhill and when I drive to the bottom of the hill after a rain and do a u-ey, I have all that water pouring out.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
I suggest putting a graphite based anti-seize on the drums. I have steel for winter rims and OEM aluminum rims that I swap out 2x per year and have never had an issue with the rims bonding to the brake drums.

It still drains out the sides near the gate too. Definitely not 100% of the water but I’ve seen it happen

Funny enough, two days ago I ordered a set of ST Maxx in 235/85R16 as I’m doing a two month trip out west this summer and wanted something more durable for those trails. I feel completely validated now in my purchase lol! They will hopefully be installed Tuesday.
