Went to get the KDMax tune. It didn’t get done because the voltage on my OBDII port was only 0.8. Not sure what’s going on but to be safe it wasn’t installed. Bummed.

I'd have to see it on the truck and what kind of colour scheme you have going on. My heart says MGM but it's black and cold, so maybe also white/black

Konig Six Shooter 17x8" wheels came in, 21 lb each. Got the Kenda 35x10.5R17 tires mounted. Easy part is done:

This is NOT full tuck - hydraulic jack topped out with two 2x4s stacked on it before the bumpstop could contact. Will need to find a loading ramp nearby.

Rest of the week will be cutting and hammering to fit the fronts :sawzall:

Is the tread on the sidewall for situations when "paddling" on mud or sand? Seems a bit much to me.

They allow the tire to grip onto vertical surfaces. And when aired down really low, some of the sidewall will flatten and contact the ground surface. I got this tire just because it's the only skinny 35" that doesn't turn into a deathtrap on wet pavement.

White…definitely. Did you get your powder coat situation straightened out? Did they clean it up for you?

    Yes, thanks.

Just got them back today from round two and they look great all around. Now the only issue is what I paid, which is on me. The powder coater place have redeemed themselves.

Hey, at least you got a decent set of Powder coated rims out of it. Don't let the cost bug you...lesson learned. No judgment here, it happens to the best of us.

I installed the oem tailgate lock on my friend’s 2017 Taco so it should work on a 2016. If this was available when I installed mine (pop n lock) I would have picked the oem one.

I noticed that about the Radial TA's too. Work great in mud and snow, suck on water and hard pavement.
