Same. The sport I'm picking up tomorrow has overlays, so one of the first "mods" will be to swap them out for proper black emblems.

Having trouble finding the part number for the "V6", but I'll ask at the dealer. IIRC the SX actually doesn't have the V6 emblem, but I think TRD Pros do, so it should be easy to track down.

Got the OEM TRD Lift Kit installed over a set of TRD Pro rims wrapped with General Grabber AT-X's in 275/70/17. The kit is great, dealer warranty peace-of-mind. Enough to get me a slight edge over the stock ride , but not obnoxious. Noticeable improvement in ride quality.

I am going to need to call a few different dealerships. Mine refused to install the TRD lift on my 2020.

I initially asked if they would be able to install it because I had a long bed (knowing it technically excludes long beds and 2020 and below models) and they said no because it was only compatible with the 2021 model Tacoma’s.
My response to that was “I guess more changed on the 2021 model than is publicly known”. That was the end of the conversation.

It’s a time issue more than anything. Currently I am in the bathroom and have a toddler at my feet. I can’t even poop in peace, let alone find a day to install a lift kit. Two kids, a demanding job and a busy wife do not allow for any free time.

Edit: with all that said, I would still prefer this over free time any day.

Not OP, but the garnish is a flat piece of plastic that goes in place of the honeycomb so the TSS sensor can still function.
