Since there seems to have been a 80-90 % turnover in members who are viewing this thread in the last year I decided to share something I posted last Memorial Day. My apologies go to those who already saw it.
It is important to understand the true meaning of Memorial Day. After flying in the Navy for 20 years and having 15 mayday emergencies, engine fires, cabin fires, etc, etc I still came back alive. It is not about those of us who made it back alive. It is about those who made the ultimate sacrifice who did not return alive. It is about those who will never again be able to experience their dreams and aspirations. It is about those who will never again be able to laugh and cry in life. It is about those who will never again be able to hold their loved ones. They are the true heroes. Greater love has no one than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Amen. One of the most humbling things I did during my 26 years in the Army occurred back in 1989 while I was assigned to the US Embassy, Tunis, Tunisia. I assisted in the Memorial Day wreath laying ceremony at the North Africa American Military Cemetery located in Sidi Bou Said, Tunisia that honors the fallen from the WWII North Africa Campaign. Humbling and inspiring all at once.

If you have time and interest, near the north Canyon rim is a spectacular hike called Coyote South. In October is easy to draw a hiking permit.

Sorry, it’s this plastic piece. Which looking at the install video it looks like it’s not used with the molle.

 

It does. The front of the CBI trans skid matches the back of the TRD skid.

 

It is still used with the hex rack. It just snaps into a new base.

 

Sold my baby. It is going to live on a farm now. But it made it possible for mw to get my super pacific camper.
Bought brand new in 2006. The Tacoma is my first new truck since then.

 

You got rid of it to add something useful for your Tacoma.... I much prefer your new Tacoma over the Nissan.

Same here. Really doing stuff for the first time and learning. Regeared my c200 w frontier gears to match the titan front diff. All sorts of stuff. Now i can come here and just be the noob and learn about the new truck.
Very cool family bought it. They said i can visit whenever i want. Ha.

 

Finished putting the interior back together. Smell is 98% gone now. While I had the interior out, I made my own little drivers side rear seat delete.

 

It was so cool that you could put a m205 front diff in those. I wish I would have titan swapped mine.
