    Mounted my Kenwood TM-D710G transceiver. I noodled around looking for less obtrusive mounting locations, like under the passenger seat, but... ugh. This works for now. Least obnoxious spot I found. It's got a detachable mic and control head (less visible tempt-y bits for the crackheads in SF to see). I'll just keep the coax coiled up in the rear passenger seat cubby and run it out through the back window to my antenna when using it. I'll do a more permanent run eventually.

    Annnd... transceiver power sorted. Have I mentioned how much I despise fishing wires through the firewall? If I had any smarts, I would have pulled a bunch of leads through it before plopping in my aux buss and battery.
