I have that same horrible seam between the main body and cover. Still frustrates me every time I see it. Such a shame too, sort of ruins an otherwise awesome product.

Wow, that's great. I ordered a snugtop on March 29 and was told 5-6 weeks. It's been almost 10 and no idea when it's coming.

Insurance is covering it but I still need to pay my $250 deductible. But better than the $900+ Safelite wanted to charge me if I was to pay the bill myself. BTW they charge $350 to recalibrate the camera.

I called my insurance and learned it was an additional $2 a month for a $0 deductible for windshield replacement and chip repair. I suggest you do the same. I’ve already replaced the windshield once and have a large but non invasive crack in my second one with multiple chip repairs. All within a year. Well worth a call IMO.

Thank you for posting this! I was really wondering what it would be like to double these up (I already have the hex rack). I was hoping it would be just like this, as I want the net for jackets, blankets, and other soft items. Looks like it'll work perfect for what I wanted! Now if only Blue Ridge Overland would just have the darn attic net back in stock :frusty:

I had mine replaced a couple weeks back and if they don’t unplug the camera wires when they swap the glass, recalibration is not needed.

Another reason to never go to safelife.
