Swapped out those hideous Galvanized screws that hold the sun visors to the body inside. All that shiny stuff inside our black interiors. Now that Galvanized bolt under the glove box has me concerned. My friend's toddler pointed it out to all of us, we were in horror that we had not noticed that shiny sucker.

P.S. Just teasing on the toddler comment..........But that galvanized bolt just glows........

Ceramic tint installed on the front windows Friday.

Friday night I installed the drain lines for the tonneau cover with barb fittings in the existing holes in the bed.

I washed it again on Saturday morning so it was ready for a car show and graduation party.

Took the kayaks and the boys to the lake on Sunday. Great weekend.

37 years (whole life) and same. We also have a bedroom AC, but for the noise and effort, it's barely scraping by.

Installed @N2DesignsInc auto start on the truck. Everything was smooth and fine until I was trying to program the app to the wireless module. I called 15mins prior to customer service closing, and Jimmy answered! He helped right away, and let me know he needed to give me a call back, and said he would call whenever I wanted, even after hours. I told him anytime works with me, and to my surprise, he called back a short while after. We got everything programmed and up and running. This was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I can't recommend Jimmy enough. The shipping was fast, and install was about 30 minutes - if that. I am happy I am squared away just in time for AZ's hot summer!

I use compressed air in a can and swiffer dusters mostly and a super soft microfiber every once in awhile. Never use cleaners. Seems to work. :hattip:

New steering wheel emblem cover. My awesome girlfriend surprised me with this gift. I mentioned how much I hate the chrome/glare while off-roading in the desert with her; she got me this a few weeks after. Simple, but really like it.

Was thinking me too… until I realized you were serious about actually fishing
That means you couldn’t of followed the instructions that closely. There are 2 grommets near each other- even if the proper one had wires run through it because of some aftermarket/dealer add on it would of still been the right size.

Sorry to hear that broke off on you! What a bummer !

It might be worth trying to glue that with some of that plastic epoxy glue (there are a few on the market). May not be perfect but might hold it.

Ah you gotta get the 2 step lol. It’s perfect for washing the roof and it’s exact height as my steps so bonus for me

i regret not driving up to see him more than I did. It’s a 9-12 hr drive and finances weren’t ever in favor and time off was limited to 3 day holiday weekends and 1 week during thanksgiving. Assuming there was more time and when things were all right and aligned but time runs out and now finances aren’t important anymore (I’ll take cc/interest debt now) and not speaking up asking/requesting time off (only employee/felt an obligation). Plenty of regret and now my girls will pay the price with only a handful of memories

was fortunate enough to go up there twice since last sept but that was after the diagnosis (1 pre-decline and 1 post). Too little to late and that will eat at me for the rest of my life. I know many don’t get that heads up but it’s never enough and doesn’t make it any easier. Sorry for your loss as well!

also to anybody that replied, thank you and sorry for your loss. It’s tough to talk about (seemed easier to just slide it in here with a road trip pic to keep it semi related) but thinking it would just get lost in the shuffle and then all you guys keep replying. Thank you again (sorry for unloading)

I was able to use a 16’ oem glove box divider in my 18’. Just cut off 1 tab and no problem, doesn’t move or shift around either
i would of thought the compressed air would send all (some) of the dust inside. With all the varieties of microfiber can you link your choice. I’ve spent hrs/nights on the rag company and it’s crazy all the options.
