I got high but I used protection. @Ironman4x4America 3" Foam Cell Pro stage 3 lift kit and skid plate kit went on today courtesy of Todd Zick at ZFab here in Rapid City. Initial impressions around town are good. Small bump compliance (railroad tracks, sunken manhole covers, rough surfaces) is very smooth. Rebound is far better. The truck feels far more stable in corners without the typical body roll. I'll know more after tomorrow's allighnment and Friday's first trail run. Still deciding on my tire/wheel combo but I'm close.

Nice! My hammer hangers have arrived and I'm just looking for the time to install. Was it very difficult to remove the riveted OEM hangers?

Looks great. I thought about doing this to my new truck to match my brown 85. Don’t know how it would look on white.

Haha I'm from Seattle and have been to Vancouver many times. You are spot on! That's why I moved to the Midwest away from all the insanity.

Rather than spend the money for a replacement part, I decided to paint it…

I've considered this since they don't make one for the manual yet. Curios how spray paint will hold up.

Looks great at first, I spray painted the chrome ring around the start/button and it has started to scratch up and the chrome is showing again. I think I may try plasti dipping the chrome as a cheap way to cover the chrome.

I originally did it with plasti dip - not a good solution for high touch areas. I redid it today with enamel paint. I’ve painted parts in other cars with the same paint without any issues so I expect this to hold up as well.
    Time will tell…..
