Installed new smoked sequential turn signals I picked up on Prime Day.

 

Cali raised skid plates ship today. I only got the transfer case skid and the gas tank skid. Going to Rousch Creek this coming weekend for the East Coast Xterra Challange. Since im a sponsor, im allowed to attend and wheel the Tacoma. Ha! This will be the first offroad trip w the tacoma, will be interested to see how it does compared to my Xterra. Now, cant completely compare the 2. The X had a 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires. But driver skill helps. Should be fun.

 

Looks great, should come black from the factory IMO.

It was an Amazon find. It’s a matte finish with a bit of texture. Same size as OEM.

Installed the OEM Bed Light Kit, along with Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners.

Was gonna go with the mini’s, but decided to go with the full support Stiffeners.

 

Yeah I plan on doing that when i take the truck in first thing and examine the seat covers to make sure they are the correct ones LOL

So I just went and checked my 20 off road and my AC is in recirc when I start my truck even if the temp knob is set in the middle or even on heat. If I press the button it turns the recirc off but when I turn the key off and restart my truck it comes back on until I press the button again. @45longcolt you are correct or at least my truck does the same thing as yours.

 

On my several Audi vehicles, The A/C control put the mode in Recirc if the temp difference between set and actual was greater than some programmed value.

Perhaps Toyota applied this same logic.

Installed ss3 fogs and ultra flex tonneau cover

 

Ours stays in recic until you turn it off.

 

Installed Taco Garage Pro grille, used the 3D printed bracket from Grant to mount the OEM front camera. Also added a Meso coin box but no pics!

 

Using techstream I was able to change that function on my Venza. I couldn't find anywhere to change it on the Taco using the same techstream. Like others I'd rather it defaulted to fresh air, and only use recirc when switched on.

Installed a @MESO 3rd brake light on my access cab. I opted for 2 amber chase lights that are tied to the amber backlight of the SSC2’s on my a-pillar. Thanks to @memario1214 for the lights!
