I would recommend using 3M Automotive adhesion promoter 06396 before using around the tailgate, it gives the adhesive a bit of a boost, so it won’t just fall off a year down the road. I’m happy with the product, keeps dust/water out of your tailgate area.

Replaced the stock SR5 suspension with TRD OF suspension, installed a 2/1 leveling kit and put on new lug nuts. Put a badge on the grille as well.

C4 sliders, TRD CAI, Spod source LT, CBI covert, 6112/5160's, OME heavy leafs, Wheeler's super bumps with flip kit, RCI engine skid, R4T lower control arm skids, SOS Concepts gas tank skid, Rago bed stiffeners, 255/85/16 ST Maxx, MESO stuff, AJT stuff, Martin cab rack, rough country 40" single row bar, Rigid 30" SAE light bar, SDHQ ditch brackets, Rigid SR-M ditch lights with amber covers, AVS hood thingy and door thingys, Bulletpoint phone and tablet mount, Taco Vinyl raptor lights, Tacoma Lifestyle sequential turn signals, Tufskinz door sill protectors, and a few other knick knacks.
This is kinda a what have I ordered for it, since I don't have it yet.
After 3 Tundras, I'll be ordering a 2022 Black Pro Taco, when they are available to build and price. Love the Tundras power but not parking, washing, or fueling it up.

Looking forward to getting back into a Taco. I've already ordered:
    C4 sliders
    OEM bed light kit
sequential amber mirror turn signals w/ black len's
    AJT chrome delete
    OEM bed step
Tuff skinz door sill protectors w/ mountain logos
    Matte black TACOMA tailgate letters
    tailgate seal
    led license plate light kit

Just debating on a hidden winch mount, probably SDHQ's, or a lo pro winch mount, probably C4.

    Also going to be ordering:
    Warn VR EVO 10S
    RSI smart cap
285/75/16 BFG KO2s or Cooper STT Pros
Bed rug, once cap is available
    SDHQ ditch brackets
Rigid SR-M lights for ditch brackets lights to match the Pro fogs

Should be fun building another Taco.

That's bad, now imagine the person that paid to have their diff oil changed...they can't even check it. I believe in doing everything I can myself...I have very little faith in dealerships, people in general!

No lift. They'll fit on the Pros. 2022s have additional 1.5 front and .5 rear, with new TRD billet UCAs.

Didn't do this all today but during this past week.

    Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners

    IMG_20210724_114801.jpg IMG_20210724_114754.jpg

Off Grid Engineering Dual Battery setup with Redarc. Kept the factory starting battery for now as my truck is still pretty new and picked up an FT750-35 for the Aux battery. Double MRBFs on the aux battery are for a future Powertrays/Switch Pros install

    IMG_20210723_095432.jpg IMG_20210723_095523.jpg

Installed an ARB twin with a SLEE 2nd Gen ARB mount bracket and a custom fabricated bracket from Tacoma World that I picked up second hand on here.

    IMG_20210724_114828.jpg

Ran the hose to a quick disconnect chuck from Wits End I mounted behind the grill.

    IMG_20210724_114820.jpg

Also made my own switch harness to have the switch right by the compressor. The compressor has its own inline fuses and is connected directly to the aux battery.

    IMG_20210724_114839.jpg

    Full view of engine bay

    IMG_20210724_114858.jpg

Also spent some time wiring up the Switch Pros and PowerTrays bracket for a later install.

Don't you just love to see the Toyota Service Specials? We can change your cabin air filter for only $39.95! Amazon has the exact same paper filters for $7 each and we all know it takes a good minute and a half to replace it.

i don’t have a video of myself removing the old ones and installing the new inserts. But I watched from other YouTube videos and made it harmless and easy. The most complicated part is keeping the aluminum guides in its place for the insert to be held firm

wow those total chaos stiffeners look really freaking nice! I've seen another company, RagoFabrication, who sells bed stiffeners as well. Those stiffeners are shorturl.at/atLQ4 and I couldn't help but notice your Total Chaos products go further up the tailgate. Do you think those Total Chaos would be more effective at their job because of that?

I am just curious as I've only seen that Rago Fab brand sell them. I am not even entirely sure who needs stiffeners, I don't believe I do at the moment but I may need to look into them some time down the road if my wallet permits my dream build ;)

To be expected, this dealer is known to be pretty bad.

I hear you, I’m an ex mechanic and was brought up to do things correctly with all things on life… but I do know how some other people operate.
This was a free service and was the only reason I was at the dealer.

My dealer is useless, being on an island I am stuck with them until I leave…
