I noticed it because it had started to spill over into the rubber passenger mat and make a puddle in there. It isn't excessive but to me, there should never be ANY water leaking inside from the AC unit.

Good luck. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that they can find and fix the problem! It’s so frustrating to have a new vehicle have relatively simple things go wrong so early in the truck’s life.

Okay, Red letters added to the engine cover. 5 HP has been added.

Edit: BTW, That is a one beer job. If you need more than one beer for that job, you are slacking.

I got it on Wal-Mart's web site. However, when i did, it said "only one left.". Still, saved like 500 bucks over all the other sites i looked at.

    Thanks!

I've been looking for a while and see them at around $1500 at a couple places. My hat is of if you got it $500 less than that! I keep hoping (against hope I'm sure) that I'll run into that kind of deal.

I've got the SSO bumper sitting here as I don't want to install and remove to put the winch in later. No cut-outs, so the Warn Platinum suits well. I'm considering biting the bullet, but so many things on the want list....

I have the exact same bumper coming, zero cut outs as well. I want no salt and snow in there.

And i did pay about 1400. Thats the cheapest i found it.

Today, I installed the rear door sill protectors thus finishing the job.

Mounted a new tent today to the RSI cap.

    Edit for added details:
I mounted the tent with 3” risers off the 80/20 crossbars on the smartcap so it can clear the rod holder. The Riversmith rod holder is mounted to both of the truck cab crossbars up front.

For both the tent and rod holder I have supporting rubber pads points to independently allow them a 3rd support position to rest on, neither is hard mounted to both the cap and cab to allow for proper flex between.

added the raised black lettering this weekend.
Yesterday, went to Tractor Supply and when I cam out, another Inferno Orange OR had parked next to me. Almost waited to see who it was, but that seemed to creepy.
Installed Course MS phone mount and new/old Kenwood excelon DNX893s head unit with a maestro controller and the svx300 xm adapter. It was a lot of wiring and boxes to fit behind the radio, but everything works!

Nice setup. How do the rods ride in that orientation?

Just fine- was designed to work either way from factory. I also have lots of extra foam padding in the reel box to keep them pretty snug and safe.

When I had the ovtune it felt like when I ran 32" MTs. With the new CVC tune it feels like driving the truck with stock tires.

Finally did a Cab Mount Chop (CMC). I didn't need it with the 285/75/R16 KO2s and a good alignment - had absolutely no rubbing. Needed to do it to fit the 305/70/R16 KM3s, which are true 33s. I was rubbing full turn in reverse and during sharp cambered turns off-road - but so far, so good with the CMC.
