Yeah, I know about the composition of air, which is why I am questioning putting 20% more nitrogen in my tires than was already there and calling it a feature.

A friend of mine just had her cat stolen from her Honda Element right in front of her office in broad daylight. They took about 3 feet of pipe, the cat and sensors. It has been a nightmare getting it fixed. I specifically came in here today to look for a way to prevent this happening to my truck, so thanks. :)

It isn't, most of my driving is highway like yourself and I can't even tell if there was a difference or not. Larger tires and a lift knocked about 2 mpg off my best but the air dam made it take a minimal hit, if any at all.

Air damn does make a difference on a stock ride height Tacoma of around %5-10 on highway. Once it's lifted they are pretty pointless as the under body is receiving plenty of airflow to introduce drag. Whereas stock ride height with air damn the underbody is mostly shielded from air flow.

That makes sense, I've seen people say the lost about 1 mpg which would be around 5% for most people.

Good info. I might pull it just to see how much of a difference it makes over a tank of gas. Then decide on keeping it off

Trd pro grille. Raptor lights. License plate frame lol. Soon my red and black seat covers coming, then beefier tires for winter. Last will be brake calipers painted red. Wish there was a kdmax tune for 4 bangers

Looks awesome! I'm starting to mod out my tacoma. Other than the looks, is there a benefit to the amber? I'm just wondering why people do amber because I have no clue. Does it have a switch that changes it back to white as well? I'd like to do this set up

I would call it perfectly bright. I wouldn't call it blinding to look at but I'm pretty used to the Baja lights. I have some of the same lights on my roof rack that I use to light up the camping spot. They are bright and they are badass!

LAPD is running a Catalytic Converter Theft Task Force out of several of the Divisions.

Running without a cat converter won't hurt the engine, but will increase air (and noise) pollution.

I'm a little behind, but I had the Dobinsons suspension installed along with the SOS Slimline bumper. Very happy everything so far. We'll see how it goes on the dunes this weekend.

Nice covers! Question, where did you get the color matched door panels?

Originally I wanted those leather covered when the seats were done. $700 for the 4 doors since those are a pain to get apart. I used products by SEM to paint the vinyl. Had ordered leather swatches from Katzkin to decide what color leather I wanted. When the Cardinal was chosen I had a dealer in SEM custom mix and put in aerosol cans for the job. Masked every door off and painted. I did this from the swatch ahead of having seats installed. The custom paint perfectly matches the color of the Cardinal swatch but, is a bit darker than the seats. I’m bummed about that part of the project.
