that wasn’t in the box unfortunately. I know they sell it on their site, you think it’s worth buying separately? I can’t imagine that one strip would make that much of a difference but maybe I’m wrong.

Got it, thanks for the info!

Sell it and get the UpTop Overland. Very little wind noise and the fairing doesn’t touch your truck (no paint rub).

I had the opportunity to get the KDMax Tune by @dave5623 this morning here in Maryland. He is a great guy!!! Highly recommend as far as the tune itself I put about 25 miles on it so far and I know it's not a lot but you can tell immediately the smooth shifting points and the throttle has more pep right off the line. Will update probably after 500 miles minimum. If you are on the fence about getting the tune. Just get it. Yes it's only been 25 miles and 1 day lol but I feel It's 100% worth the money and you are supporting a good dude as well if you live around this area.

That’s a nice looking roof rack, I just checked it out. I’ll definitely consider it, much appreciated.

I’ve been happy with it. Initially ordered the Prinsu and changed my mind after placing the order. I like the looks of the Prinsu but was worried about the fairing rubbing the paint in the long run. VERY LITTLE wind noise with the uptop. My only complaint is cleaning the bugs off the fairing.

I’m not sure since I also went with @upTOPoverland Alpha Rack. I still need to install mine too.

gotcha. I’m kinda regretting it. I really only use it for kayaks so I’m considering just taking it off the truck come November and putting it back on in the spring.

I’d love to mount the ‘yaks over my bed and keep the roof clean but I run the Bakflip MX4 and I can’t find a good solution that doesn’t compromise the weatherproofing.

I ordered the "stripping" with the rack. Which the "princess" just ran through the car wash 15min ago. She got home "Hey babe, something plastic flew off the truck" LOL. She went back in the wash and grabbed it. I haven't driven it without yet.

I never noticed this rack being loud, but every truck I have had has some type of rack, so maybe just oblivious.

2nd note: I mounted the fairing in the middle position. In past trucks and cars with stripping and fairing snug to the roof line I don't like the dirt and rubbing on the paint. Rather deal with a little more noise and than paint scuffing. Just my 2cents.

Oh noooo lol well thanks for the info.

Update: just ordered the noise reducing strip from Prinsu since it was only $20. I’ll try that out first and see if it helps. Thanks again to everyone for the advice and info.

Will be heading to an ORV park in a few weeks that requires a trail flag so fabricated a flag holder. Should do the trick, eh?

None, brand new. Looking for ideas
I agree. I got the ditch lights and rock lights. Thought I was going to be wheeling until nightfall every weekend. Nope, like two night runs in a year.

Although, the lights have been handy at the campsites.

I think the grill will give you more pleasure if purchased first. although, it’s purely aesthetics.

imo the pro grill is played out.

2020+ OR grill is fine and i have a custom emblem overlay on the way from the homie https://instagram.com/c_mento_taco_808

can’t do that with the pro grill.

Don't need to do that with the pro grille.

I'd tend to agree with you. If I had a 2020+, I'd leave the grille as is. But I, like most others with the pro grille, have the pre-2020, which were all garbage.
