Most Tacos look much better without the cheap-looking plastichrome grille. My first mod was replacing mine with an aftermarket. Fit and finish were perfect and adding the lights completed it nicely for me. The grille letters come in most body colors but unfortunately not in Inferno. One of our painters here offered to paint them for me but I'm not sure it really needs it. I haven't seen one yet with the Inferno letters.

 

Lol, I tried to purchase the caps, but Amazon shipped me some random clips with the cap part number on the bag, twice. I suspect someone mislabeled the entire lot in their warehouse. Gave up after returning both and just YOLOd

 

Parts trickling in. B5100's front and rear just showed up and took a quick break from work to install this gizmo (set to S7; verdict as out until I drive someplace for lunch)

Sold my 19’ SR 4x4 with 40k miles earlier in the summer for $4k more than I paid new. Waited patiently for a few months and just picked up my 21’ TRD OR for a good amount off MSRP plus a high trade in value for my RAV4. Added tonneau cover and rain guards so far. Really love the Barcelona Red!

My sons shoulder hurt after this one, he tried to call out of work next day. Yeah that didn’t happen.

 

Well I won't be posting any pics of my truck anytime soon then. Chrome grill, rear bumper caps, and "tacoma" letters.
In my defense I bought it that way and I never got the memo/tps report on chrome until a few years after.

I hate chrome because it blinds other drivers on sunny days. Glass does too but I can see of no way to get rid of it. Chrome, on the other hand, is easily deleted.

 

Just installed new Fuel D752 wheels with Falken Wildpeak A/T tires. Dropped in a K&N cold air intake as well. Applied the black “TACOMA” 3D letters to the tailgate. Last but not least, upgraded my tweeters to the Subaru ones. Much deeper sound!

Coming in the next couple of days: TRD Pro grille with Raptor lights, TAC sidesteps.
