Backflip mx4 installed. I can def see how there could be leaking on the sides as it doesn’t seal perfectly because the bed rail liners, but doesn’t bother me. Took about an hour and a half

went to the local wash it yourself place, because I needed the power washer from the caked on mud this morning. Also, a 50degree heated space is way more comfortable than washing outside in 35 degrees.

    Oh man…
That sucks man, but the second time around it always easier! Have you pressure washed the carpet? It would be a good spring time project. I rolled around for a week with just my front seat bolted back in until I got it all done. Wouldn’t be difficult to bolt all 4 seats back in while you took your time on the carpet. It’s a little loud but only for a bit

If you seal under the rails, it won’t leak. I used this and was successful.

    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XCGYFLP?ie=UTF8

added it under the rails before installing and under the front. So far the bed has been dry since I installed it last December.

Added rear lights, did the intermittent wiper mod, (why this truck didn’t have it is crazy) changed cabin air filter & installed plate to front…

My first gen tacoma was like that. Wipers were low and high with no control to split the speeds. Low was too slow and high was bat shit crazy too fast.

I bought the INNO that comes with t-slot mount. It was only like $120 brand new. The mounting feet are designed for an aero bar, so I had to sand then flat. The bolts that came with it have 1/4 inch shaft but the square head was huge, so I used a bench grinder to trim them until they fit into the Prinsu channel. I could have just gone to Ace and picked up some 1/4” carriage bolts… my whole goal was for the board rack to sit low enough that I don’t have to remove it to park in my garage, and this setup accomplished that.

I had an old school Yak rack with this mount. I killed too many brain cells trying to figure out how to mod the mount to fit on the Prinsu. I only paid $20 on Craigslist, buying mounts would have cost more than what o paid for it! So i picked up the Inno with the t-slot mount.

My 2020 is fully paid too, which is a great feeling. I waited a year before I started adding to it.

Might be a good idea! I haven’t washed it yet or been in rain but I’ll have to see how it does as taking it all off again seems annoying since I just did it this morning
