What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Really we have to have a law? I always liked mudflaps for me but let the guy behind stay back .

 

Got my fog lights installed.... correctly this time. On the first pic, the black tape is just 4 inches below the height of the center of the pod. That's the cut off height the directions from DD gave as the cut off for the top of the beams at 25 feet. I think I got my aim pretty good.

Second pic. I had to take them out for a test. My spots and fogs make my OEM low beams look so boring and pitiful LOL

 

Quick ballpark question, how much weight can the other than factory roof racks carry? My wife and I are planning retirement road trip next spring out towards Montana and Wyoming. While I have a topper it will have a kennel in it for a service dog among other things. Luggage will most likely have to go on top.

She turned the big 9000 today while cruising down Hwy 17 through the Ace Basin. Only took 2 years and 3 months to get to 9000 miles. I need to drive her more.

I hear ya! I find reasons to drive places just to drive. Seems like an oxymoron.

 

I got my Front Seat Covers from Coverking there the Molded ones they sell. Nice fit and look good to me. Will protect the Cloth Seats $179.00 later! Just put them on and it is getting dark. Better pictures tomorrow. They have a Foam Built Shape built into the Material under them. Feel good sitting on them too! I like these better then Leather they don't sweat to you and protect the Originals.

 

Filler’ Up Friday

Topped off the Tank with 90 Octane Non Ethanol. It’s pretty much all I use.

Also ordered the Morimoto XB License Plate Lights.

 

We have a law for all things! In a society of dullards its probably necessary

 

They look good from the pics.. but daylight will be a better representation.

 

Looks nice. Do you have heated seats and if so does the seat covers reduce the effectiveness of the heated seats?

Sorry, just saw this. Those are Spiker struts. The Redlines were smaller and didn't lift as high plus Leon at Spiker was super helpful.

 

The windshield you save, may be a lawyers!

 

Installed the mandatory radio dials, they're a big improvement over those puny stock knobs.

No I don't but the seat covers in my Challenger work great and they are heated seats.

 

On my way back to the taco, going to install the ss3 max spots tomorrow... I should put them on the baby copter cause I feel invisible at night which isnt good.

I wasnt going to install them cause I think I want to do yellow fogs instead, anyone running ss3 spots as ditch lights???
