Super easy. Totally worth it.

 

Just wish they had a second bolt for the hood attachment point. I don't trust the tape/one bolt combo. Curious to see how long it holds up.

 

That was my thought after I added ditch light brackets a year later. I think I am going to add a medium size self tapping SS bolt on them in the spring.

 

Not worried at all about (the tape).
I was when i first heard about it, but after the install and seeing how it works I'm not worried at all.
If you think about it, the bracket is being pushed to the hood the whole time, never really pulled.

And when I installed it the hood was easily held up by one strut. I open my hood every night as rodent deterrent. Time will tell. But i am very happy and comfortable with them........

Yesterday I put on a Bulldogenstein front winch mount/receiver. Today I installed Bilstein 5100's on the 4th clip. Looks like Ill need blocks in the rear. Monday alignment!! After alignment and driving a bit, I'll measure and deside on the blocks.

Attempted to install my HUD this past week. However, it only turns on for roughly 10 seconds and turns off.

FWIW mine is wired the same way. I can try it tomorrow and see if mine has the same issue. Did you install the film on the windshield?

 

I hear you … my last mod/accessory was last Christmas (oem bed light kit) and I though that was it … no more mods! I pretty much only do OEM mods and thought I had them all but obviously I missed one. I think I’m finally done.

Thanks. I didn't know this was available. So, it's an aftermarket fan that your dealership installed for you. Correct? Is this covered by your warrantee from the dealership?

 

Honestly no idea, I bought the truck used and had it installed due to idling in Florida aka Hells waiting room!

 

If they are color coordinated most likely they are suppose to line up

 

Vacuumed dirt off of the back seats. Goal is to have the seats fully scotch guarded in the coming days. Other than that I continue to look at think I wish I could buy for the truck right now…

it’s crazy because, if I take it into settings it stays on and functions but as soon as I get out of the settings it shuts off.
