I thought I was going to have my sliders received and installed by now. They got into town on tues vie Fedex and every day so far they have been on a truck "out for delivery" then around 8 pm I get an email saying they are delayed. Yesterday they were delayed at 5pm due to "weather". Try to call fedex and the damn automated phone won't even let you talk to a real person.

i was in between how to wire mine. with the cargo lights or a dedicated switch. now that you mentioned them shining in your eyes, i'm going to go with a dedicated switch. What harness did you use?

And still today it’s a symbol of good luck and fortune in Buddhist and Hindi countries.

When I went to India I was pretty surprised and confused, to say the least.

Eh, I just find an open spot where the lines on either side are not crowded by shitty parkers and back in. I don't park out in BFE, and I don't wait for spots up front. I just park.

You aren't supposed to use them on the highway. Its meant to be used at low speed to get better coverage and not blow half the solution away.

It's not a problem they work fine

Unless you're trying to inform a tailgater of your displeasure. It's much less of a dick move than brake-checking.

    Thank You for your service!

I've had good luck with this one from Cali-Raised. I tried some from Amazon and had issues when I cut off the cheapo switch and replaced it with an OEM quality switch. I am sure it was my screw up somehow.
I've let the magic smoke out of more PC components than I care to admit :bananadead:.

I bet there are other harnesses that are just as good, but when I find something that works I just stick with it. The nice thing about this harness is the wire bundle even with shielding fits inside the windshield side channel that goes up to the roof rack.

To tie into the Cargo Light I went with the harness from DSIM Solutions. He has some great products on his site. When i get around to doing rock lights I'll probably re-use the DSIM harness with those.

I want to add a hidden winch to my 22 OR. I’ve watched a couple of YouTube videos, and the most compelling is a 9.5K Rough Country. Before I do that, anyone have recommendations? Why? I’m trying to stay at $800 winch and mount.

I try to do the same when necessary (i.e., Trader Joe’s) although parking is one thing at TJ’s navigating in and out can be a real test of patience.

Edit: This actually true of any TJ’s I’ve been to in California o_O

DCSB vs DCLB. Are you a car guy or a truck guy? With the DCLB you can haul people, haul lumber and pull a trailer (and look good too). Nuff said.

Cool, thanks. Did this single harness work for all four lights? Also, was it a bitch to adapt it to an OEM type switch? That's my goal. Dave here on the site has a harness that is pretty much plug and play, but I'm trying to get smarter on electrical. right now i'm below a novice with this. My lights keep calling my name to install!!!!

Glad you’re happy with your DCLB  I love my DCSB, but I don’t haul lumber or pull trailers I use mine as a DD and off-roading only. To each their own!
