What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Just did my bed mat today too and also have those vinyls.. never ended up installing those though lol.

 

I've had them since November, lol. They will definitely sit there until summer at least before I give up on them entirely.

Not the factory third gen one.. Those seem to be spontaneously combusting lately. Beyond that, I'm useless, it doesn't snow much in Phoenix lol.

 

Any chance either of you have the oem d-rings in your truck bed? I’ve been needing a bed mat but didn’t know if it would cover them or not

 

I do have them in the back towards the tailgate. The mat has a spot for them. Others have added D-rings and I think cut small holes in the mat to accommodate. I plan on doing the same.

 

I bought a beat up old J10 with a more beat up old camper to live in for two winters in for my ski bum days in the early eighties. Back when Whistler had a parking lot just above the village with free electrical hookups.

 

Granpas camper shell was like a flag flapping all over the place.

 

Bolted on some OEM tube steps. Thank goodness for a warm garage!

Sorry. I don’t yet. I’ve been spending 12 hours a day at the hospital this past week with my fiancé. She had a mild stroke. Seems like only thing affected is her speech. But I got this the other day and thought now is a good time for me to take my mind offf her for a few minutes. I’ll pop it on tomorrow before I head back up to see her.

lol, oops. Forgot to google a term I don't type often.

 

when I had my windshield replaced last fall I was worried but I had a choice to get a screen with or without the camera mount. I chose the windshield with mount. It doesn’t have the GoPro logo but it’s basically the same mount and same location.

 

Operation Chrome Delete is underway. Added Meso door handle covers, AJT knobs, and these cheap vent overlays from Amazon.

Installed the Cali-Raised molle panels, full set on both sides. Debating on getting the front section later on.
Their website claims the driver's side isn't compatible if you don't have the cubby. but it works just fine. Tek screws are holding the bottom in until I stop being lazy and install the rivet nuts.
They partially block the oem bed lights, but I don't think it's a big deal.
