    I'm actually having trouble finding the link while on the phone here, but I *think* there's a link in Dave's signature? (Sigs don't show up on mobile.)

    Installed my DD SS3 Pros from Hotshot. Super quick less than 24 hours in my door step shipping, plus discount. Thx @memario1214

    I tried to match the beam cut off height of the OEM but these have limitations on the adjustment. Which is why some are getting flashed when these are on. I didn’t want to blind others so, I broke out the rotary tool to trim about 3/16 on the rear top of the plastic bracket. Then I was able to aim them lower than before. As we you all know, Pros doesn’t have a really sharp cutoff compare to the Sports. So, I wore my sunglasses to able to see the beam cutoff against the wall while aiming these bad boys.:cool:

    The roll ups are cool but they have a box that the cover rolls up into and I occasionally use the full bed so that’s the main reason. Bak flip makes awesome covers with good warranties. They are spendy but you can see and feel the quality in the materials they use. The rail system is still utilized with the mx4. It’s just mounted a few inches below the track for the cover using the brackets and original screw holes. Super nice set up! The discount for being a TW member helped sway me too….

    Turn the phone sideways to see signatures.

    led t tap or led conversion harness or halogen t tap and diode module is the typical go to for grille lights.

    Assuming both sets of tires are exactly true to size, the OEM are 30.5" and the new ones are 33.1"

    So multiply all numbers by 33.1/30.5 (a.k.a. 1.0852)
    18.8 -> 20.4
    18.8 -> 20.4
    15.7 -> 17.0
    17.3 -> 18.8
    16 -> 17.4
    17.7 -> 19.2
    16 -> 17.4
    17.7 -> 19.2
    17.6 -> 19.1
    16 -> 17.4
    16.8 -> 18.2

    (cut/pasted from 30 second spreadsheet)

    Recommend verifying actual vehicle speed with phone GPS with cruise set at 65-75. Bear in mind OEM speedos tend to indicate faster than reality by default....don't know if Toyotas do this, mine is still afloat in Long Beach harbor.

    Both installing upgraded lights AND thinking about oncoming traffic? Not all heroes wear capes. Hats off to you good sir.

    Nope, they have a bracket that drops the bed rails down an inch or two.

    Not the person you asked and I haven't installed mine yet, but I got the MX4 cause I liked how it folded up against the cab for max bed useage if necessary. The roll up ones seemed to take up more space at the front of the bed when rolled up all the way. I also just like a tri-fold style, I have a soft tri-fold on now and it's been great for the couple of years I've had it. Seems quicker/easier to fold a couple flaps back than rolling up the whole thing.

    Both you guys are awesome. A dry filter (a filter that actually works) and fog light adjustment with oncoming traffic taken into consideration? Best page on this whole thread and made my day.

    There is hope for humanity!

    B- but... If you don't blind oncoming traffic, how will they know you're packing a prolific pants python?

    I guess you could get a bumper sticker proclaiming it, but it'd look goofy on the front of the truck.

    Oh, man. I'm gonna need a set of those to replace the white lights that came with the truck. Something about yellow fogs... looks good!

    Truck nuts... obviously... ;)
    I thought I'd hate mine at first but they clean up so much easier. Is the spikey tread side pretty aggressive on yours too?

    You can also use lamin-x if you don't feel like spending a couple hundred. It's worth it tho, imo, to get the pro's. I have a set of the stock ones on a '22 TRD OR that were actually really good and lamin-x would've been good enough, but something about those DD's ;)
