I was looking at that same Pioneer wc-6600nex. That head unit has increased to $1200 plus you'll need another $300 or so for adapters. For $1500 plus tax I think I go the kicker key route with some decent CDT or Focal speakers instead.

Crutchfield and BestBuy had already gone up to 1200 but Walmart was still 900 and change a couple weeks ago when I snagged it. I was gonna wait a while originally but didn’t want to miss out on the “savings”. It’s crazy how much everything in general is going up.

Well, shoot. Looks like Wally World is also $1200. Curious how the apple car play works out on that for you. I've read mixed reviews.

Headlights are just the stock LEDs that come with (I think) the advanced tech package, but I bought the truck with 10k miles from a Kia dealer so they didn't explain all the options it came with, I only found out later it was basically fully loaded so I'm not sure which options came with which packages. They're basically the Pro headlights but without the little illuminated pro badge in the corner, as far as I understand it though. I'm very happy with their output, super bright and the sequential turn signal around the outside is pretty sharp. Fog lights are Diode Dynamics.

    Go on... I'm listening ;)

I went the OEM audio + route, and now I'm thinking I need at least a 12" sub and amp. In reality, I want this

    DSC01967_68997f9b784673ec41311286afe3e9a2dbbe2459.jpg

I'd keep the speakers as is, but I'd like them ran to their own app instead. But the head units gotta go. All I want is Google maps and the ability to download my music apps. Everything is looking pricey.

does anyone know if there are mods for under seat storage? I like the bins but wish they weren't separated. Now that I have a lift and bigger tires that jack is all but useless on my truck. I would like the storage to be able to fit a rifle or two.

It could probably sit a little lower than flush to go under a tonneau…. I still had a bit of space over and between the wheel wells (in my LB).

Wouldn't just swapping the stack up of the skid fix this issue also?

Probably, but would leave a catch point along the leading edge of the rear plate. Kind of like running shingles backwards up a roof.

You'd think for the price you pay for the skid, they could make the bends/clearance better?
    RCI are you paying attention??
