What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Plated the bottom of the diff, finally added in the filler hole tubing inside the truss, and changed gear oil.

 

Love the Plate, Make sure I get two coats.

 

I feel your paint, i have a lock kit to install myself, not looking forward to rolling around under my vehicle to install the cable.

 

What did you plate the bottom of your differential with?

 

So removing the big plastic box is Ok and will most likely give me more room under the hood?

 

Sorry for the dude whose taco was scarred up. Have you tried seeing if you have one of those dent wizard type of guy local to you. They are pretty good, and have the tools and skill set to come to your driveway and fix that. Even if they filled it with touch up paint, they can smooth it out possible.

 

I only experienced an improvement in acceleration and a bit of a growling sound at higher rpms when I removed the black box and installed the silicone tube.

 

I agree they pulled a dent out of my wife's Toyota Camry and it looks like it was never there. She was a mess when i hit the car with the riding lawn mower, backed right into it... I did pay for it too. slept on the couch for one whole day.

 

I can live with the sound, i will most likely never hearing. I'm always blasting Rock -n- Roll or Country on Sirisu.

yeah that’s the one I had tried already it took it from being very noticeable to you hve yi actually look for it to notice it to the regular eye. I notice it though like a sore thumb

 

That’s an insane quote. Was he going to repaint the entire panel?

 

after a couple snafus' with the shipping company my bumper finally came in. Installed last night. Now I'm not sure how I feel about it lol. will be adding some fog lights in the near future and light bar.
